Job Overview

The role is a full time position and is 37.5 hours per week between Monday and Friday between the hours 8.30am and 6pm.

The Customer Service Advisor will advise our customers who need additional product support or technical advice and are key in case managing complaints within the department.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an exceptional and trusted experience
  • Drive to engage, inform and inspire our customers
  • Have excellent product technical knowledge and be recognised as an expert in Farrow & Ball products
  • Be able to manage queries in order to strengthen customer relationships, promote the brand and build advocacy and loyalty that drives recommendation and repeat purchases

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated team player
  • Passion for outstanding customer service in everything you do
  • Able to take ownership of customer complaints and have a strong background in case management
