Job Overview
Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with corporate accounts, develop knowledge of their businesses and ensure they invest in our product solutions
  • Process orders accurately following set procedures and on time
  • Update records and provide client reporting
  • Work with stores and account managers to maximise sales and customer satisfaction
  • Deliver high standards of service that will ensure repeat business and sales growth
  • Monitor the effectiveness of our systems and processes and identify ways in which we can improve the service delivery
Requirements:
  • Experience of delivering high standards of customer service in a call centre environment
  • Understand the importance of getting details right the first time
  • Totally customer focused
  • Highly numerate
  • Possess excellent telephone, communication and IT skills
  • Eye for detail
  • Enjoy the challenge of working to tight deadlines, solving problems and juggling changing priorities in a fast moving environment
