Job Overview

We are now looking for a talented marketing professional with extensive experience in a CRM campaign role and a proven track record of delivering email and other direct activity with strong results.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of our digital CRM strategy across B2B and B2C, for a portfolio of brands, including Dulux and Dulux Trade
  • Collaborate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to deliver our B2B and B2C CRM strategy from data capture, to engagement and purchase
  • This will involve mapping the digital journey and highlighting points for data capture and subsequent CRM engagement
  • Manage our CRM agency and work with the global CRM team to deliver database growth and sophisticated email contact strategies
  • Work closely with the Relationship Marketing Manager to develop the CRM strategy that will set us up for the future (2021+)
  • Monitor and evaluate engagement and commercial success, and produce regular performance reporting for stakeholders
  • Be looking to drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure we remain a ‘best in class’ operator too
  • Effectively manage accurate budgets and build commercial business cases

 

Requirements:

  • Have extensive track record of database growth and executing highly personalised and automated email/direct marketing activity that delivered strong results
  • Clear understanding of the difference and roles between platforms, underwritten by a thorough knowledge of industry best practice
  • Comfortable with data, you will be as confident executing CRM activity as managing the teams to deliver it
  • Possess excellent project management, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Results driven, effective communicator who excels at prioritising and delivering to budget and on time
