Job Description

We have a strong value proposition in our Instant Ink business today and we continue to leverage learnings from Instant Ink to drive growth by bringing new Subscription Services to market.

The Consumer Subscriptions team is seeking a proven leader to manage our in-country market teams for Consumer Subscriptions in Northwest Europe, Central & Eastern Europe and Southern Europe, Australia and New Zealand. In this role you will collaborate daily with our Market leadership teams to develop plans to drive market and account-specific actions that deliver on subscriber, revenue and operating plan metrics. You will lead the Game Plan and Account Business Planning processes for your covered markets and work with key stakeholders to ensure that Consumer Services is adequately represented in end-to-end planning activities. In addition, you will lead a team of 8-10 individuals across your markets who are accountable for the daily execution of growth plans and collaboration with key keyholders in Marketing, Sales, Category and Omnichannel.


  • Responsible for leading/managing marketing, operational and financial aspects of Consumer Subscriptions to enable us to deliver on our KPIs including enrollments.
  • Develop short and mid-term plans to achieve market growth, revenue and operating profit goals including account-specific growth plans for strategic partners.
  • Develop and lead team to support daily execution of marketing, operational and financial activities.
  • Develop strategy in collaboration with Market sales team and leadership along with other key category stakeholders to position HP to grow the business


  • Team player that is detail-oriented with excellent communication and project management skills
  • Proven ability to influence and execute plans with multiple stakeholders in a cross-functional environment, including sales, category, marketing across multiple geographic markets.
  • Outstanding business planning skills. Able to go from strategic thinking to detailed execution while always meeting deadlines across multiple projects at once.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to communicate at all levels in HP and channel partner organizations, from individual contributor through senior executives.

Education And Experience Required

  • University or bachelor’s degree or Advanced degree / MBA is preferred but not essential.
  • Typically, 12+ years of experience.
  • Demonstrated experince of people management.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, preferably in retail and/or online sales environments.
  • Understanding of 4Ps and ability to build, adjust and drive a growth plan
  • Understanding of go-to-market and the role channel plays in the company’s success
  • Working knowledge of HP’s Print/Supplies business and Subscriptions business model required. PC category/sales experience a plus.
