Salary range: Dependent on experience, full-time positionSummaryReporting to the VP: Global Sales and Marketing, the Yordas Helix Business Development Manager is key to driving incremental sales growth, ultimately contributing to the company’s long-term success by extending the active customer base.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • New Business Growth: drive the acquisition of new clients for Yordas Helix and associated services working to agreed sales performance expectations
  • Strategic Planning: Work to devise strategies for acquiring new clients and customers, and work with the Yordas Marketing team to deliver marketing campaigns to achieve these goals.
  • Customer Engagement: Understanding customer needs and identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and new ways of reaching new/existing markets.
  • Performance Monitoring: track performance against targets and adjust strategies as necessary to improve results.
  • Strong Communication: both written and oral; willingness to present to individuals and groups at a senior management level and to travel to events to develop business and perform Yordas Helix demos

Profile And Qualifications

Demonstrable Experience

  • Proven Sales and/or Business Development experience
  • Experience in working with a CRM platform
  • Understand and present complex technical information
  • Demonstrate an understanding of sales within a SaaS would be desirable
  • An ability to work to organisational deadlines and KPI’s

Profile And Qualifications

The successful candidate will be a driven and motivated team player. It is essential for them to have excellent written and verbal communication skills and possess a strong and demonstrable aptitude for all aspects of the sales and business development process. It is not expected that the successful candidate will have existing knowledge in chemicals or chemicals regulations and full training will be provided on this topic.
