Job Overview
  • Help deliver on the annual business plan ensuring KPI's are met
  • This will involve playing your part in driving a clear strategic direction for Dulux Trade and prioritising and executing key product initiatives to ensure brilliant execution across the business
  • Support the development of new formulations and/or new packaging across relevant products within the portfolio
  • Collaborate with colleagues to build customer insight, create a clear and compelling communications plan and provide a brief for the commercial teams to implement
  • Support the Marketing Manager to develop an innovation pipeline and create the innovation launch plans
  • Have basic knowledge of P&L management, developed products in collaboration with R&D colleagues and implemented brand planning and marketing programmes
  • Comfortable working within a matrix organisation structure and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Possess excellent project management, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Results driven, you are a champion of the customer and the consumer and are an effective communicator
  • Experience gained working within FMCG, Retail or DIY industries and engaging with a B to B audience will be an advantage
