Responsibilities:
  • Manage your team to deliver revenue and margin targets
  • Assign team responsibilities and contribute to setting sales and growth targets for allocated customers
  • Taking the lead in understanding the customer base
  • Develop reliable segment and sales plans
  • Work with your colleagues globally to translate implementation strategies into action
  • Create high performing team ale to deliver outstanding customer service and support by hands-on monitoring, training and coaching
  • Identify significant business opportunities and pinpoint existing and/or potential problem areas
  • Be one of the leaders of our facility in Leicester
Requirements:
  • Experience of B2B sales in the Aerospace coatings market and of account management
  • Able to develop effective sales teams
  • Good at building relationships at all levels
  • Possess excellent communication, influencing and analytical skills
  • Quick to gain credibility, you will be commercially astute and comfortable using business systems
  • Self-motivated, you excel at achieving targets and are resilient in negotiations
  • Full driving licence is essential
