Mirage Inks Limited are an independent manufacturer & supplier of inks & coatings to the global packaging market.
We currently have a vacancy for a part time assistant within our Finance department starting in January 2023.
The candidate will be responsible for a small variety of tasks, and some experience is preferred.
Ideally we require someone who is part AAT qualified.
Tasks will include: Maintaining the Purchase ledger, entering supplier invoices and reconciling supplier statements, entering staff expenses, monitoring of emails, filing, and some Credit Control.
The vacancy is initially 2 days per week (15 hours per week), 7.5hrs per day, but could potentially increase to 3 days per week – with some flexibility on the days / hours worked.
General office hours are 9am to 5pm, Mon to Thurs and 8am to 4pm on a Friday.
25 days holiday pro rata plus bank holidays.
