We are now looking for an Engineering Scheduler to minimize down time and optimise production for our manufacturing operation in Felling.

As Engineering Scheduler, you will plan multidisciplinary maintenance work delivered by our Engineering team and 3rd Party Contractors. We will look to you to prepare a calendar of works, maintain SAP master data and develop Bills of Materials to enable the safe and cost-effective execution of routine maintenance activities. This will involve using our SAP maintenance management system to plan, communicate and maintain schedules that balance work requirements and site priorities across production needs and maintenance resources. You will also adjust schedules to accommodate changing production priorities or unforeseen issues. Important will be the ability to ensure maintenance schedules meet production priorities as well as comply with AkzoNobel procedures and legal regulations.

You must be qualified in an engineering discipline and have experience of maintenance planning and scheduling in a busy manufacturing environment. Ideally your experience will have been gained in a major hazard or COMAH facility. You will also have a strong understanding of Enterprise Asset Management Systems. PC literate, you will possess good relationship building and interpersonal skills too. Critically, you will enjoy a collaborative working environment where supporting colleagues is key.
