£22,950 – £24,225 per annum plus bonus and benefits

You are a Science graduate or have some experience of experimentation in a laboratory environment. Awarded Top Employer status, we are a company that forms successful partnerships with customers. We are now looking for a Chemist to join our R&D team in Slough working on wall coatings.

As a Chemist you will develop experimental plans according to a brief, carry out, interpret and report experimental paint work to agreed timelines. We will look to you to plan and prioritise your workload as well as make recommendations on next steps with regards to experimental programmes. You will also develop your knowledge on paint development. Important will be the ability to follow company procedures and operate safely.

With a degree in a science subject (ideally Chemistry) you will have developed laboratory skills coupled and be committed to health and safety. You will need good MS Office, interpersonal and communication skills, an eye for detail and the ability to work effectively in a team to deadlines.
